You never know which actions will result in a "yes". And those "no" responses we fear so much? They help grow our Rejection Power muscles through refusing to self-reject 💪🏽

Getting a ‘yes’ is often a numbers game. So aim for lots of rejections! 🤣 It’s ok. It’s a normal part of the process. How many courageous actions will you aim for? (10? 50? 97?). By when?

Use this template to:

• Tally the number of actions you take

• Rate your bravery for each action on the courage-o-meter 🦁 
• Track the responses you receive. Reframe them positively.
